(Bartercard Real Estate) BCRE was established in February 2006 by then Broker of Bartercard Bucks, Beds, Herts Franchise Tim Ashley Sparks. Joined in April 2006 by Senior Trade Co-Ordinator from the BBH Franchise and runner up Trade Co-Ordinator of the year for 2005 Jay Ashley Sparks.

BCRE’s intentions are simple by working with strategic members to expand on the current trading opportunities and to provide a qualified investment tool to allow members to spend one trade pound as if it were a cash pound.

Rewarding key strategic members by giving members the opportunity to invest one Trade Pound in to a cash appreciating asset.
One trade Pound becomes equal to one cash pound. Working with members who have a large capacity for sales through their Bartercard accounts but, have a limited area of expense or already offset the maximum expenses through their account. The opportunity to spend a trade pounds in the same fashion as a cash pound, enabling them to continually take more business and stimulate trade velocity through the entire exchange.

Members are able to invest Trade Pounds as if they were cash, with a substantial advantage over cash investors with the use of their Cost of Trade Pound / Cost of Supply. Members investing in property through BCRE are able to take on substantially more sales than they previously were placing back into the system in turn leading to more trading opportunities for other members.

BCRE allow members to place a deposit of 10% to 50% on a property, paid for in Trade Pounds, resulting in the buyer ultimately paying for a large equity stake in the property with their goods and services.

All prices are subject to valuation and are sold at the valuation price, so members have confidence they are purchasing at the correct market price.

BCRE has generated in Excess of £44 Million Pounds worth of gross property sales to date this includes £11.7 Million Pounds worth of Trade Pounds.

In 2008 BCRE’s intention is to secure more UK investment properties with even larger deposit contributions payable in Trade Pounds. By working closely with developers in the UK and overseas we are looking to offer members an investment suitable for them with the highest possible payable through Bartercard.
