The villa is also currently managed by www.individualtravellers.com who blocked out the months of July and August , with us having sole occupancey of maximum of 2 weeks during this period . We have taken bookings for this period , and also 2 other weeks , totaling T£7500 for which the prospected buyer will be reimburshed for . There is also 1 cash booking taken during February for £1000 also to be reimburshed if the property is sold before then.
